"on an idyllic vineyard near heilbronn, fifteen prisoners live and work in open execution. among them, thomas buffler, who committed a murder 20 years ago, has now to prove that he can deal with the gained freedom.  he can win them all over or fail at it and loose it all again. when he overcomes this last hurdle, he returns to a world whose development he has neglected for 20 years. an unknown freedom."
